At 20:15 on December 28th, the first PANDA GO fireworks drone show in Hong Kong was grandly held in the West Kowloon Cultural District. This show is the first in Hong Kong to adopt the performance form of drones carrying fireworks. The charmingly naive giant panda images and the dazzling and fascinating night view of Victoria Harbour complement each other, spending the festive season together with the citizens and sharing happy moments.
EFYI used 1,000 drones to flexibly cooperate, transforming into various lively and playful panda shapes as well as iconic patterns with distinct Hong Kong characteristics, such as trams and the clock tower. Among them, the drone performance images presented by the lifelike and stunning 3D giant pandas paired with fireworks make the audience seem to be in the world of giant pandas and fully enjoy this unique visual feast.
In Hong Kong, using drones to carry fireworks for performance is a brand - new attempt. The PANDA GO drone show lasts about 10 minutes and is divided into 7 scenes in total, among which 3 scenes skillfully integrate drones with fireworks effects. There are mainly two types of fireworks effects presented. The 3rd and 7th scenes show the spectacular fireworks effect of cascading down like a waterfall, and the 6th scene is the twinkling and shining fireworks effect. Each scene has different durations, roughly ranging from 20 seconds to 50 seconds.
The gorgeous blooming of the fireworks makes the drone performance even more dazzling. At the same time, the drones that can flexibly fly different trajectories and precisely hover in mid - air endow the fireworks with more possibilities of change, creating a rich variety of effects and making the whole show well - organized and full of wonderful moments.
